The weather is changing and slowly but surely, spring is coming soon! During warmer days, part of the family fun is to go to TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt - visit at www.tcby.com) for a scoop of frozen yogurt for dessert (I hope they will announce the $1 Wednesday soon). We never order their smoothies but I tried it once when I went to the bank on a lunch hour and I swear, the raspberry banana flavor is the best smoothie in town! The downside, it's like Starbucks at $4 a pop plus more calories to start your day.
So if you have teens on a diet who deserves a break from the usual diet soda, here's an easy recipe drink that is really worth trying without the calorie guilt. And by the way...prepare to make two batches as they'll surely request for an encore!
