I only have 10 minutes today. I got used to waking up so late from the long memorial weekend...so here goes an easy to prepare Bento Box Lunch with combination of left overs and freshly cooked veggies
CRAB SUSHI:
Place rice in sushi mold (or you can just form into balls with a spoon)
Place crab on top
Tie cut roasted nori seaweed around rice
KOREAN BARBECUE: (This is a left over from last night)

SUGAR SNAP PEAS:
Saute in olive oil sugar snap peas.Add salt and pepper and Teriyaki Mushroom 9See recipe on side bar)
ADD SLICED CUCUMBER
