Totally rejuvenated after 2 hours of gym time! Dinner anyone? Teens don't want to eat after the rigorous workout! Can't blame them...rainy days make me feel like curling up on a rainy afternoon too. But today, I am craving for some kind of comfort food! Good thing that this creole cooking is simple to make and got the approval of the diet teens.
Oh well, I am down to my last teaspoon of Big Kevin seasoning (From our cooking class in New Orleans . See Jambalaya recipe)...we need to order bucket loads! (Visit http://www.neworleansschoolofcooking.com)
