One thing I learned from my previous boss (at Elan Pharma) is the habit of arriving at least 15 minutes early and this really helps me a lot keeping myself composed and organized before I ramble on my agenda. Today is special as I have 5 meetings back to back (not sure how I will beat the 15 minutes rule), this means rushing from one building to another without the luxury of grabbing a coffee from the breakroom. I know I only have 20 minutes to stop by my office for a quick lunch - - so I decided a straightforward lunch to fill me up instantly
CRAB SUSHI:
Place rice in sushi mold (or you can just form into balls with a spoon)
Place crab on top
Tie cut roasted nori seaweed around rice
STIR FRY LO MEIN:
Saute onion, lettuce and sugar snap peas in olive oil
Add cooked lo mein
Season with salt, peper, soy sauce and dash of lemon
ADD SLICED CUCUMBER
