Kitchen activities slowed down as its blazing hot this week in TN (in the 90s). I am afraid to look at our utility bill next month as we have the air conditioner on for 24/7 nowadays...yikes! Anyway, easy cooking is what we need. So here's a dish that you can toss and is ready in less than 10 minutes
Fish ( I used flounder for this recipe)
black olives
capers
salt
pepper
olive oil
Estimate Cost:$9 - $11
STEP 1: Season fish with salt and pepper. Pan ry one side in olive oil. Turn when medium brown and add olives and capers
STEP 2: Serve on top of spinach drizzled with garlic and olive oil (microwaved for one minute)
