99 degrees... Super hot and humid in TN today! We have officially grounded ourselves and decided to stay indoors! It all worked out as I spent quality time in my kitchen and prepared in advance my bento box meals for the week (and clean up on whatever leftover frozen veggies). Here's a simple side dish that's easy to prepare and goes well with fried tofu and sushi
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar Snap Peas
Mushroom
Garlic
olive oil
garlic powder
salt
pepper
1tbsp soy sauce
Saute mushroom and sugar snap peas in olive oil for 2 minutes
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Add soy sauce. Cook for another 3-5 minutes
