As always, our favorite dinner topic is our mischievous cat.This morning, Dr D hubby found him at the guest bathroom window -- whatever he is staring at must be worth it as I'm pretty sure he gambled one of his " nine-life privilege card" to get the best sit on the show.
Love this pie, reminds me of the egg pie I used to purchase at our village corner store in Manila. We love desserts and this is something that you can make easily.
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla
pie crustESTIMATE COST: $ 3-$4
STEP 1: Mix all ingredients and beat in electric mixer for 2 minutes
STEP 2: Pour on top of rolled pie crust. Bake in 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until crust is brown and mixture has settled
STEP 3: Let cool for an hour before serving
