This blog is my way of escaping from my reality! I am not a chef nor will I pretend to be knowledgeable in Italian cooking as I am NOT! We just know good food and we always crave for one! I wear stilettos for 8 hours so my cooking is my way of relaxing my tired feet. This blog is all about messing up my kitchen, discovering new words/skill/wine/ingredient/flavor based on this new hobby ..at the end of the day, filling the belly of my picky girls!
I will try to attempt to be true to the original ingredients BUT I may have to adjust based on what's available in my kitchen (and budget of course) . Please buy the book if you want the real ingredients Mario used - -Again, this is my attempt to mimic the flavor --
